My Nerd Life, aka Nick and Nikki, aka 'The Nicks' is a geeky apparel company who design awesome everyday clothing and accessories for all gamers that not only look good on the convention floor, but also for casual wear. With a focus on quality and accessibility they embrace all adventurers.
Both geeks at heart with a love of cosplaying, gaming and D&D, they have poured their passion into their designs to produce a unique array of geeky apparel. “For Geeks, by Geeks” is their slogan to celebrate shared passions and fandoms!
On the late-night drive home from Gen Con 2019, Nick and Nikki did the familiar “con-loot dump” and realised none of the tees they’d bought were Monday-morning friendly. So they sketched a few subtler designs, popped them on Etsy, and discovered a community that craved the same balance of everyday comfort and geeky delight. By 2021 the hobby had outgrown the spare room, and My Nerd Life became a full-time adventure.
Cyber-security architect by day, Nick channels that systems brain into sourcing soft fabrics, engineering our modular convention booths, and making sure every pre-order ships on schedule. Recognised by Marquis Who’s Who (2024) for leadership in security architecture.
ProfilePrincipal security engineer turned designer, Nikki adds the creative spark — hand-drawing prints like Gelatinous Cube Core and Arcane Elements, then stress-testing every sample for “table-flip durability.”
