Refund / Exchange Policy
- Returns are allowed within 45 days of purchase for all non-personalized items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, please contact us first and we will provide you with a RMA # and return address. We can be reached at email@example.com
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return is approved.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days.
- With the exception of personalized items, you may exchange an item for another. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the original item.
- Exchanges are subject to approval and limited to 1 per order.
- Unless the item is Damaged or Misprinted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
- If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
